The DuPage County State's Attorney's Office recently implemented a new case management system, TechShare.Prosecutor. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to streamline how we manage the proliferation of digital multimedia evidence (DME) including photos, video, audio recordings, police reports and more throughout the lifecycle of a case. Defense attorneys will now have access to disclosed DME on their DuPage County cases online via the TechShare.Defense portal. DME will be in a format that can be played in a commonly used, freely available, nonvendor-specific player. The portal is being made available at no cost to defense attorneys.

Please take a few minutes to create an account in TechShare.Defense now. Defense attorneys need to create an account and request access to TechShare. Once access has been granted by the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, you will have access to cases that have been assigned to you from any device, all online! All approved Defense Attorneys can grant access to their support staff and firm partners and associates.
