Chief Judge Announces New Associate Judge

Chief Circuit Judge Daniel P. Guerin is pleased to announce that following a tabulation of ballots by the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts in Springfield, the Circuit Judges of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court, DuPage County, Illinois have appointed James F. McCluskey to the position of Associate Judge. Mr. McCluskey fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Terence M. Sheen effective April 8, 2016.

.-Northern Illinois University, Glen Ellyn, IL 1979, LLM -John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL 1988; admitted to the practice of law in Illinois, 1979. Mr. McCluskey is a Partner at the firm of Momkus McCluskey in Lisle, IL (1991-present). Previous to that, he was an Associate at Clausen Miller in Wheaton, IL (1988-1991); an Associate at Wylie, Wheaton and Associates (1986-1988); an Associate at Hubbard, Hubbard, O’Brien & Hall in Chicago, IL (1981-1986) and an Associate at Byrne and Schrenk in Chicago, IL (1979-1981). Mr. McCluskey is an active member of DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, the Illinois Women Lawyers Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
