Immigration Law/Criminal Law Joint MCLE Meeting

Friday November 6, 2015 11:45am-1:00pm

Speaker: Neil Levine

Topic: "Immigration Consequences of Criminal Convictions: A Different Approach"

What attendees will learn by attending this presentation: Recognizing that all criminal defense lawyers have attended "crimmigration" seminars before, and that they still contact immigration lawyers when they have non-U.S.citizen clients, this seminar does not repeat the same statues that lawyers have seen countless times.  Instead, this seminar will attempt to give such lawyers a mnemonic based means of remembering immigration topics that they can use on a moment's notice.

This MCLE will be recorded for future on demand viewing.

Paper handouts will NOT be available.

Electronic handouts will be available HERE

As a reminder only DCBA Members will receive MCLE Credit for this presentation.
Pizza, salad and beverages will be provided to those that register.
