I want to love both of you: Parental Alienation from a Child's Perspective


This presentation will describe parental alienation, provide descriptions of what alienation looks like in children of different ages and developmental levels, and also provide some guidance as to how the Court can intervene when parental alienation is suspected.


 Learning Objectives:

  • learn what parental alienation is and how to recognize it.
  • learn how children present differently based on age and developmental level
  • learn to differentiate between pathological alienation and realistic estrangement.
  • gain practical tips on what can be done and when alienation is suspected

Time: 11:45am to 1:00 pm
