Topic: The Challenge of Work-Life Balance

Life can be fast-paced.  We are all challenged to meet a myriad of responsibilities, which typically encompass work, family, finances, physical health, relationships, etc.  Yet as soon as we begin to live out of balance, negative consequences can result, creating significant stress.  In this workshop, we will explore the steps for recognizing warning signs of imbalance, how such patterns get reinforced, and how to interrupt such cycles so that you can experience the relief and freedom you deserve that ultimately allows you to be more effective and experience a greater sense of balance and quality of life

What you will learn by attending this presentation:

1.  Understand and recognize work-life imbalance and its costs

2.  Appreciate the dynamics of stress as a negative, learned cycle of behavior

3.  Understand the "Stress Formula" The crucial role that stress plays and it's universal application to unmet needs

4.  Build a strategy for creating or reinforcing a healthy work-life balance with clear boundaries to facilitate meeting one's needs
