Speaker: Natasha Belli, DuPage County Senior Services

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is designed to protect and promote the rights and quality of life for those persons who reside in long term care facilities and in licensed assisted living facilities. Natasha Belli will present an overview of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program as well as resident rights.


 Learning Objectives:

  • Gain an understanding of what the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is
  • Discover what Resident Rights are
  • Learn how to contact your local Ombudsman Program

Time: 11:45 am to 1:00 pm

Location: Attorney Resource Center (Third Floor of the DuPage County Courthouse)

Credits: 1 Credit MCLE
