Speaker: Lisa L Clay of Lisa L. Clay, Attorney at Law & Seth D. Matus of Matus Law Office, P.C.

Topic: The United States District Court has instituted a Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program that includes rigorous obligations to disclose and produce electronically stored information (ESI). This program will discuss the ESI discovery requirements. Lisa and Seth will also discuss how the requirements differ from earlier and other discovery obligations. They will also discuss how ESI affect the case development and strategy of plaintiff and defense counsel in employment litigation.  


What you will learn from attending this presentation:

1. There will be a discussion regarding the ESI obligations of the Northern District's MIDPP program. 

2. There will be a discussion regarding other ESI issues that attorneys should be aware of.  

3. There will be a discussion regarding common ESI issues and best practices and strategies for plaintiff and defense counsel in employment disputes.
