Labor & Employement Law MCLE Meeting

Topic: Social Media and Cyber Investigations in Employment Law

Speakers: David Fish & Keith Chval

David Fish will present on the use of social media in the context of employment at will. “Employment at Will” means workers can get fired for any reason:  including disparaging an employer on the internet, right?  Wrong!

Keith Chval will present on cyber investigations of employees and how employers can search, capture and use data found on employees or employment candidates. Do employers actually have rights? Yes!
