12:00-1:00 - Early Case Assessment

Learn about gathering information, conducting research and performing other particular tasks when it matters most- early. This process is widely associated with increased certainty and decreased costs by many practitioners.

1:00-1:30 - Lunch

1:30-2:30 - Topic 2: Ethical Concerns Conducting Research via the Open Web

Should we be using the open web this way? Many of us do. But what are the risks? Does reliance on such resources place practitioners at risk of violating ethical canons? Find out!
