DuPage County Bar Association Educates Homeowners on Mortgage Foreclosure Options

WHEATON, Illinois - Fred Spitzzeri, President of the DuPage County Bar Association, announces the DCBA will sponsor classes designed for homeowners who face foreclosure due to missed mortgage payments. Speakers will address the rights and responsibilities of homeowners who face losing their homes.

Speakers include three prominent DuPage attorneys: Steven Bashaw of Lisle to discuss the homeowner's side, Patrick Williams of Clarendon Hills representing the lending institution, and Wheaton bankruptcy attorney Kent Gaertner.

Seminars are scheduled for Wednesday, January 16 and again on Thursday, February 21 at the DuPage County Bar Association, 126 S. County Farm Rd. in Wheaton.
