DuPage County Bar Association Congratulates New Associate Judge

Nominee rated "Highly Recommended" by Judiciary Committee

WHEATON, Ill. - DuPage County Bar Association President Fred Spitzzeri congratulates the 18th Judicial Circuit's newest Associate Judge, Paul M. Fullerton, who was designated as "Highly Recommended" for the position by the DCBA's Judiciary Committee. Chief Judge Ann B. Jorgensen announced the appointment of Fullerton to the judiciary on Friday, September 7.

The DCBA Judiciary Committee's recommendations are the result of an investigation and screening process conducted by the 19 committee members representing various years of practice experience selected from among more than 2,000 bar association members. Candidates were evaluated upon the following criteria: 1) legal knowledge and ability which includes professional experience; 2) integrity; 3) judicial temperament; 4) diligence and punctuality; and 5) health.
