DuPage County Bar Association to Sponsor "Law Boat" CLE Cruise

WHEATON, Illinois - Fred Spitzzeri, President of the DuPage County Bar Association, announces that the Association will sponsor a cruise for Illinois attorneys and their families on January 20-27, 2008. The cruise is aboard Princess Cruise Lines' Caribbean Princess, departing from Ft. Lauderdale with stops at St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Princess Cays in the Bahamas.

The Association will offer six hours of Illinois minimum continuing legal education on days while the ship is at sea. Presentations include "Bankruptcy for the Non-Bankruptcy Lawyer" by Wheaton attorney Kent Gaertner; "Conflict Resolution," "Case Law Update," and "Ethics" by Naperville attorney Fred Spitzzeri; "The Human Rights Act" by Glendale Heights attorney Glenn Gaffney; and "Ten Vital Steps in Criminal Litigation" by Lisle attorney John Donahue.
