Prompt and professional administration of trusts and decedents' estates. I first explore any and all alternatives to probate, so that full advantage is taken of any shortcuts allowed by law. My goal is to carry out the expressed wishes of the deceased in the most efficient manner. I also counsel beneficiaries and legatees who have questions about the administration of an estate or trust by others.

REAL ESTATE

Services include advice, counseling, document review and preparation, and negotiation in the purchase, sale or exchange of real property. As a member of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., I also provide title insurance service.

FAMILY LAW

Representation, counseling, and litigation in divorce, adoption, and guardianship matters, including child support and custody disputes.
