Boszko has been approved for placement on the Cook County Domestic Relations Division’s List of court-certified mediators. Boszko is approved to mediate both mandatory custody matters and discretionary financial matters within the Circuit Court of Cook County.
As a court-approved mediator, Boszko is qualified to provide an efficient, affordable and fair alternative to traditional litigation. The role of a mediator is to assist in recognizing the issues, reducing misunderstandings, and identifying and exploring potential solutions that will satisfy the best interests of all parties involved in a domestic relations dispute.
Cook County divorce lawyer Robert J. Boszko earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago-School of Law, with a certification in the law of taxation. He is admitted to practice law before the Illinois Supreme Court and Northern District of Illinois. Boszko primarily focuses his legal practice on family law matters including complex financial divorce and child custody. He also has experience handling real estate transactions and estate planning and administration.
In 2014, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) recognized Boszko as a “Top 10 Family Law Attorney” in the state of Illinois. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association and Cook County Bar Association.
