Topic: Guardianship and Probate Matters

We have been lucky enough to secure Judge Paul M. Fullerton to conduct a continuing legal education session for the DuPage County Bar Association Elder Law Committee on March 20, 2013. Judge Fullerton will be discussing Guardianship and Probate Matters. We have decided to conduct this session in a format that generates information that the Committee wants to hear. Therefore, Judge Fullerton has requested that we provide him with topics and questions we would like to have him discuss.

Please send topics you would like discussed and any specific question you have to DCBA Staff Liaison Marija Malacina at mmalacina@dcba.org  by Monday March 4, 2013 so we may present them to Judge Fullerton to prepare for the session.
