Case Law Update Regarding Special Ed Children, grades K-12 

Presenters:

Josette Allen: Chair of School Law Committee. She is the principal of the Law Office of Josette Allen located in Downtown Naperville which concentrates in the area of family law and school law. The core focus of the firm is to focus on the best interest of children. A former DuPage Public Defender in the Juvenile division, donates a portion of the profits from her practice to charities which benefit children.

Nadine Gilbert:

Robin Spadoni: A certified Illinois elementary school educator and a licensed attorney. She has worked as a teacher and substitute teacher for public urban and suburban Chicagoland area schools. Her legal experience is predominantly in the areas of child support, juvenile law, family law, and real estate.
