If you join the DuPage County Bar Association during the following months, please pay the appropriate prorated amount. May 1st of the upcoming year, you will be billed according to your annual rate.

*Government Attorneys Must be a full-time employee of the State's Attorney, Public Defender or a Municipality to qualify for these rates.
We offer free membership, for the first year after admission to practice law, to all new attorneys who live and/or work in DuPage County. - Attorney Applicaton (PDF) or fill out the online application.
Student Membership is open to any person currently enrolled full or part-time in any law or paralegal school seeking his/her J.D. or paralegal certificate.

Associate Membership is available to any non-lawyer employed as a legal assistant, law office administrator, paralegal, court administrator, law librarian or court reporter, who has been sponsored and recommended for associate membership by an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association. Membership dues are prorated according to the month you join. Please view the Associate Membership Rates and then use the Associate Membership application.
