On Monday, March 10, Nick Hurley of Dick Pond Athletics will provide us with valuable information on proper footwear, apparel, nutrition and the walk2run program Dick Pond uses at all their stores. All valuable information to get ready to run the 5K on April 26 or just to begin running for wellness.
