Topic: Elder Law - The Role of the Fiduciary and How to Protect the Fiduciary In and From Litigation

This seminar will discuss the fiduciary's role in elder law, including fiduciary duty and the legal actions relating to a breach of the fiduciary's duties.

Timothy J. Ritchey, partner Peck Bloom LLC Attorneys At Law, concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on contested probate litigation. He represents individuals, families, financial institutions, medical institutions and government agencies in cases brought before the State and Federal Courts. Tim has been appointed Special Assistant Attorney General in numerous matters to represent the State’s interests in actions relating to Illinois healthcare and disability law.
