Topic: Medicaid Planning in Illinois - A Panel Discussion
Carol Nolan, Peggy Pratscher, Gina Salamone and Russell Baldwin will discuss
the complexities of Medicaid planning in Illinois. They will discuss the
practical realities of representing a Medicaid applicant from start to finish
along with fielding questions on Medicaid planning techniques that are being
accepted by the State of Illinois in light of recent law changes.
Carol Nolan has over 10 years of experience in Illinois elder law issues and providing valuable legal advice for seniors and their families. Ms. Nolan's practice is devoted to the rights and legal options of elderly and disabled people in DuPage County and Chicago's western suburbs. Her Wheaton law office handles a wide range of financial, healthcare, and estate planning matters including Medicaid applications and planning, disability planning, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), guardianships, wills, trusts, and probate administration.
Peggy Pratscher, Pratscher Law Founder, is a frequently requested speaker in the banking, healthcare, insurance and legal industries to address issues of exploitation,
responsibilities of fiduciaries, long term care evaluations and management and legal issues facing the aging and disabled

Gina Salamone is an attorney who is serving seniors and their families at Law Elder Law. She received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University and member of Academy of Special Needs Planners, Kane County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
