With the recent Legislative Act 50 ILCS 706/10 The Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act, Citizens, Attorneys, and Police Officers must be aware of the Act's specific guidelines.

2.  What are the 4th Amendment Concerns for Private Citizens?

3.  What are the 4th Amendment Concerns for Police?
4.  What effect (if any) will this act have on allegations of police excessive force?
