At this seminar, you will learn about critical changes to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act (IMDMA) which include the grounds and purpose of the new act, temporary relief, Parentage, Allocation of Parental Responsibility, Relocation, Child Interviews, Evaluations, and Investigations.
