Topic: How to Navigate the ARDC and Other Issues for Elder Law Attorneys

            Attendees will:

• Be provided with an overview of identifying clients
• Review RPC 1.14 and comments to understand its guidance.
• Work through hypotheticals on ethical issues for representing clients with diminished capacity.
• Review some disciplinary precedent.

Time: 11:45 am to 1:00 pm

Location: Attorney Resource Center (Third Floor of the DuPage County Courthouse)

Credits: .5 Credit PRMCLE and .5 Credit MCLE
