New DCBA Website FAQ’s
The DCBA staff has been taking many calls and emails with questions regarding the new website, so we’ve come up with a list that may be of assistance to you. If you do not find the answer to your questions here, do not hesitate to call the office at 630-653-7779. We are happy to assist and welcome your feedback on the new site.
How do I update my password?
Once you login, on the Manage Profile page, click the link to Edit Bio. At the top is information with your Username and Password. Click the change in orange to enter a new password.
If you are having trouble logging on with the password provided in the email blast, please call the office and DCBA staff can walk you through a process to login initially.
How do I register for an MCLE Meeting?
First, sign-in as a member. This is the best way to register for an event and have it tied to your membership record and ensure you accurately track your MCLE credits. Every page of the website includes a calendar box with the next four DCBA events. Click more to see the full calendar. We recommend clicking to events through the list and not the calendar view. Once on the event page, there is a notepad icon at the top left that says Register. Click the link, fill in any missing information and click "save and finalize registration.” You will receive a registration receipt in your email and a reminder a few days before each event. Events requiring a fee will send a separate payment receipt.
Where are my MCLE Certificates?
You are now able to view and print your "Statement of Credit” for any DCBA CLE session attended . This will be your certificate for the MCLE Board. On the Manage Profile page, under the Content & Features heading is a link to Professional Development. Click Professional Development.
At the top of this page you will see a snapshot of how many credits you have earned. Below that is a list of Journal Entries, or credits earned. To the left of each session is an icon to print or email the Statement of Credit (Certificate). Be sure your browser allows popups. You may also email the certificate to yourself to save them electronically.
A feature of the new site is that you can add your own Journal Entries of MCLE or PRMCLE courses you have taken with other organizations so that you have a centralized record of all credits you have earned.

How do I update my information?
The new site allows you to update your contact information and include more information. From the Manage Profile page, click the Edit Bio link. There you can edit the information DCBA has on file. Please watch for and follow any field format rules indicated and use upper and lower case appropriately. This will be the source of membership directory information.
You can also upload a photo to your profile. Go to the Profile Home page. In the upper left is the photo icon. If you hover over it, a box to upload a photo will appear. Click on the box and follow the instructions to add a photo. Please remember, DCBA is a professional organization and this photo will be seen by your colleagues. Please use a professional–looking personal headshot only for your photo.
This is some basic information to get you started on the new site. We will let you know as new features are added and provide instructions on how to use them. Instructional sessions will be offered at the ARC in the coming weeks prior to Committee Meetings and we encourage you to sit in on one of those sessions.
